Every Cairo piece begins as solid brass billet — sand cast, machined, then hand-finished through five stages of grinding and polishing before it ever receives a PVD coat.

Solid Brass Billet

No alloy fillers. Every piece begins as certified brass stock from a single source mill.

PVD Finish

Physical Vapour Deposition — 10× harder than electroplating. Tested for coastal humidity.

Dimensional Audit

Each batch inspected against drawings to ±0.1 mm before final polish and assembly.

Export Packed

Foam-cradled, individually wrapped, palletised to ISPM-15. Damage-free, every shipment.
